Angel Babies Matter Network Brings Hope and Healing to St. Luke’s The Woodlands Annual Memorial Ceremony

Houston, TX — On October 15, 2025, Angel Babies Matter Network once again joined St. Luke’s Health – The Woodlands Hospital for its 4th Annual Memorial Ceremony in observance of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month.

This deeply moving event took place in the hospital’s Butterfly Garden—a peaceful space where families and staff gather each year to honor and remember the babies who left too soon.

During the ceremony, families lit candles and hung ornaments on the trees, creating a touching tribute that symbolized remembrance, healing, and enduring love.

Last year, Board President Tracey R. Hilton delivered a powerful message of comfort and connection. This year, Founder Danielle Saizan Houston shared heartfelt words as the keynote speaker, encouraging mothers who have experienced pregnancy loss to give themselves permission to grieve and heal, make time for self-care, and lean on their support systems. She also invited attendees to stay connected through Angel Babies Matter Network’s monthly online Healing Circle, held the second Tuesday of each month.

Angel Babies Matter Network extends sincere thanks to Michelle Langstaff, Perinatal Bereavement Coordinator at St. Luke’s The Woodlands, and Chaplain Alicia, whose compassion and dedication make this annual observance so meaningful.

The event was a beautiful reminder that healing happens in community, and that no one has to grieve alone.
