💫 Wave of Light Remembrance Ceremony 2025 Honoring Our Angel Babies with Light, Love, and Community

Houston, TX — On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, Angel Babies Matter Network kicked off this year’s Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month with a deeply moving Wave of Light Remembrance Ceremony.

Families, supporters, and members of our Healing Circle came together online to honor the precious babies of Angel Babies Matter Network and the thousands of families who have experienced loss. At 7:00 p.m., candles were lit across homes and hospital rooms, symbolizing love that never fades and the collective light of our Angel Babies shining around the world.

This year’s ceremony featured Founder & CEO Danielle Saizan Houston, who served as a guest speaker for the 4th Annual Wave of Light event—a special invitation she’s received twice in recognition of her leadership and advocacy in the bereavement community. Danielle shared words of comfort, validation, and hope, reminding attendees that “Healing is not forgetting. It’s allowing yourself to smile again, to live again, and to honor your baby through your joy.”

The event also marked the official launch of our Healing Circle series, led by Jenet Dove, a licensed counselor and long-time partner of Angel Babies Matter Network. The Healing Circle provides a safe space for mothers and families to share, connect, and heal together through guided conversations and supportive activities.

Starting this month, our Healing Circle will meet every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. CST, hosted online. Registration is free, and all who have been touched by pregnancy or infant loss are welcome to join.

Together, we continue to shine a light on the lives that matter most—the lives of our Angel Babies.
