Healing & Henna 2025: A Day of Healing, Sisterhood, and Self-Care

Angel Babies Matter Network hosted Healing & Henna Brunch on Saturday, October 4, 2025, in honor of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. The sold-out event brought together mothers of angel babies, supporters, and community members for a restorative day of reflection, healing, and empowerment.

This year’s Healing & Henna experience featured a rich blend of mindfulness, creativity, and sisterhood — including a somatic mindfulness session, keynote address, live spoken word, music, massages, henna art, and a remembrance ceremony to honor angel babies. Guests were treated to a delicious brunch, heartfelt stories, and a warm sense of community that filled the room with light and love.

“Our goal was to create a peaceful, supportive space where women could feel nurtured, honored, and connected — and that’s exactly what happened,” said Danielle Saizan Houston, founder of Angel Babies Matter Network. “The energy in the room was full of love, grace, and healing.”

The event was supported by an incredible lineup of local vendors, contributors, and creatives who helped make the day unforgettable. From desserts and décor to wellness, art, and music, each partner played a special role in uplifting the atmosphere and amplifying the mission.
