Cy-Fair Women’s Club Donates $700 to Angel Babies Matter Network, Plans for Future Community Service Partnerships

In June 2024, Angel Babies Matter Network was honored to receive a generous $700 donation from the Cy-Fair Women’s Club (CWC). The donation, presented by CWC’s Ways and Means Committee, was received by Founder and CEO Danielle Saizan Houston, Board President Tracey ReNay, Board Treasurer Linda Burnett, and Director of Communications Felicia Moore.

The initiative to support Angel Babies Matter Network was spearheaded by Patricia Swagerty, Public Relations Chair of the Cy-Fair Women’s Club. Patricia, along with the CWC, recognized the vital work being done by Angel Babies Matter Network and expressed a desire to continue collaborating on future community service opportunities.

The mission of the Cy-Fair Women’s Club is “Bringing Women Together to Better Our Community,” and this donation is a testament to their commitment to supporting local organizations that make a difference. In addition to their philanthropic efforts, which include awarding scholarships to graduating seniors in the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (CFISD) area, the CWC also provides financial support to various nonprofits within the community.

During the donation presentation, the members of Angel Babies Matter Network expressed their deep gratitude for the support from CWC. Founder Danielle Saizan Houston highlighted the importance of community partnerships in furthering the organization’s mission to support and empower mothers and families coping with pregnancy and infant loss. The donation will be used to enhance the resources and services provided to grieving families, including the creation of care packages that offer comfort and mental health support.
